Through guidance and weekly one to one sessions she has helped guide them to success. Exercising as part of the aging process is also as key interest of hers, arming clients with the tools to incorporate strong posture and strength through exercise has huge  life long benefits. Her love lies in group exercise training and helping clients reach their potential.
