This experience ignited a lifelong dedication to helping others achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives through fitnes. With over six years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Adrienn is also a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor. Her approach is rooted in the belief that fitness is more than just physical—it's a way to build a stronger, healthier body and a resilient mindset. Adrienn is committed to supporting clients of all ages and fitness levels, guiding them on their journey to develop sustainable habits that lead to long-term improvement in health and well-being.
